About us

Leune Consultancy is a limited liability company owned by Dr. Kees Leune CISSP, CISM, GCIH. We provide mid-tactical and strategic level consulting services for organizations who count information among their most valuable assets.

Our areas of expertise include organizational strategy, policy, architecture and incident management. We provide assessment and development services in each of these domains.

I am a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) in good standing, who lives and works in the New York Metro Area (USA). In addition to my certification as information security professional, I hold the ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and GIAC Certified Incident Handler certification (GCIH).

My other credentials include a professional working experience of over 15 years, an equivalent-M.Sc. degree in information systems and a Ph.D in information security. Both degrees are awarded by Tilburg University, The Netherlands.

In addition, I am a member of the IEEE Computer Society, a subscriber to IEEE Security & Privacy, member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and member of ISACA.

I hold a position as adjunct professor at Adelphi University.
